Secretary General letter

Dear Delegates,
Welcome to ASPMUN'25!
My name is Mohammad Refai. I feel honored, pleased, and grateful to introduce myself to you as the Secretary General of ASPMUN 2025-2026.
Since joining it in my freshmen year, MUN became an exciting event my peers and I waited for the whole semester. It has always been an opportunity to engage in the acts of diplomacy and negotiation. This year, our fellow board is doing their best to keep up this spirit! We invite you to stay motivated for a new chapter at ASPMUN, where joy meets learning and diplomacy meets action. In a world full of catastrophe, where innocent people are abandoned out of sight, we urge each and everyone of you to use your role as ambassadors to change the world into a safer place where peace can hopefully be met and justice be achieved. As you enter the conference, remember our duty to approach pressing global issues with respect and honesty, hoping to end the slaughter of the man and answer the cry for justice. Always believe in your efforts and bear in mind that your debates at a mock UN today will transform into a mechanism for implementing equity, justice, and peace. All yours,
